To Order:

• Enter your 4-digit UN number into the Custom UN/NA Number field.
• Enter your Proper Shipping Name into the Proper Shipping Name field.
• If blank labels are wanted, type "BLANK" in both fields.
• Click the Material dropdown menu above to select the label material of your choice.
• Enter the Quantity you wish to order.  Be sure to check the Volume Discounts!
• Click the Add to Cart button.

NOTE: The 4" x 5" label can only accomodate a 6mm size UN Number.  When a 12mm UN Number and Proper Shipping Name is required, please select a 4" x 6" Proper Shipping Name label.
