Reliance Label Solutions specializes in manufacturing hazardous container labels for the Petroleum, Chemical and Environmental industries. Utilizing flexographic and other print technologies, we manufacture labels designed to take on the toughest environments. Our chemical drum labeling solutions meet GHS, HazCom and IMDG labeling requirements.
Reliance is the only U.S. label manufacturer to offer BS 5609 Section 2 & 3 certified label materials for sheet-fed laser, two-color thermal transfer, inkjet and continuous-form color lasers. This expands our capabilities to support and enhance a wide variety of label printing solutions.

Centrally located outside of Kansas City, Reliance has proudly served petroleum refiners and marketers, chemical manufacturers, chemical distributors and general industrial markets for over 30 years.
Our company began in 1969 as a department of Graphic Technology Incorporated (GTI). In 2003, Reliance Label Solutions was officially purchased and named by Jay Frankenberg. Since then we have built the company into an industry leader for GHS compliance labeling.
At our core, Reliance focuses on the relationships with our customers providing them with the solutions that best match their individually unique needs. Each customer brings something valuable to their industries, and we aim to make that process as seamless as possible when it comes to labeling.
Reliance even goes beyond the label to provide the best products and services to our customers. Through strategic partnerships, we have identified the key companies within the industry to support our customers in all their compliance labeling needs. Printers and consumables, safety data sheets (SDS), HazMat training, and trade organizations play a critical role in compliance labeling. That's why we bring the best together to provide a total solution.
Our expertise doesn't stop at labels either. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, work with ECOVADIS to enhance our business practices, and constantly pursue improvements to our products and processes.
