#237 GlobaLabel® 8.25" x 13.75" GHS Chemical Labels for NeuraLabel 500e are durable, heavy duty chemical labels for many harsh environment applications. GlobaLabel materials are designed to meet BS 5609 Section 2 and 3 requirements when used with approved laser printers. The image shown is a view of the liner (back side) to show registration marks.

Media characteristics:

• Heat resistant (5-10 seconds at 356F/180C) and pressure resistant (25 psi).
• Do not use label sheets with a slick backing material.
• Labels cannot peel off during printing. Loose labels result in jams and can damage printer, particularly the Internal Transfer Unit, and void the warranty.
• Labels cannot curl, wrinkle, or release hazardous emissions during printing. Curl and wrinkle can cause feeding problems and prevent labels from stacking properly.
• Label should not have adhesive to the edge of the sheet. Zone coating of the adhesive at least 1 mm (0.04 in.) away from edges is recommended. Adhesive material contaminates the printer and could void the warranty. If zone coating is not possible use a non-oozing adhesive.
• Portrait orientation is preferred.
• Smoothness, top coating and other factors should be optimized for GHS compliant toner adhesion.
• BS5609 certified for labels going on drums being shipped overseas.
